Defining communications strategy

Regent Park Film Festival

After exploring the brand in September with a cross-section of RPFF stakeholders, conducting a comprehensive audit of current RPFF brand assets, and an extensive competitor analysis, I drafted a 33-page Communications Strategy Report which is currently serving as a foundational document defining RPFF’s brand moving forward. The Report culminates with a series of recommendations to implement in the short, medium and long term. Everything is on track as RPFF prepares moving to the beautiful new Regent Park Arts and Cultural Centre this spring. I am so
